Professor Theodore Karamanski Retires
Professor Theodore (Ted) J. Karamanski is retiring from the Department of History after an extraordinary, award-winning 45-year career at ²ÝÝ®ÉçÇø. Professor Karamanski started at Loyola as an undergraduate in 1972, earned a PhD in 1979, and joined the faculty that year. He launched and built our Public History Program and produced 11 books on a range of subjects in North American history. He will be missed, but we wish him well in retirement!
