Fellowship Office

Welcome to the Fellowship Office!

At the Fellowship Office, we help Loyola students apply for nationally competitive fellowships to study, conduct research, travel, learn other languages, and more!

What is a Fellowship?

Fellowships are similar to scholarships. Fellowship winners (Fellows) are awarded financial support to study, travel, pay for school, and more. National awards, the most common kind, are highly competitive, so students who win these join a select and prestigious group.

Why Should I Apply for a Fellowship?

Fellowships not only provide financial support, they are prestigious and help students complete their studies and transition to post-Loyola graduate or career plans.

Am I Eligible for a Fellowship?

If you are a student or faculty person at Loyola, we will work with you to find a fellowship that fits your goals and experiences!

How Should I Get Started?

Our Fellowship Coordinator, Andy Weber, can help you sort through your options and find the best fellowships for you. Make an appointment with Andy at aweber19@luc.edu
