Reference Checks
Reference checks are required by 草莓社区 policy. Some or all of the check(s) can be conducted by the department. Typically, reference checks are done only for the primary, final candidate selected for the position. Human 草莓社区 obtains permission from each candidate to contact the appropriate business references. A summary of the information collected through the reference checks is reviewed with the hiring department.
- References should be checked for internal candidates applying for other positions within Loyola only if the internal candidate becomes a primary candidate.
